Adam Driver is picking up a piece of an A-list condo building. The Oscar-nominated actor bought a set of units at the Standish, a Brooklyn Heights condo building at 171 Columbia Heights, according to multiple sources. Driver’s identity was shielded by a trust in the deal, which amounted to $11.5 million for three sixth-floor units. The seller was Mark Van Zandt, a managing director in asset manager King Street’s real estate division, and his wife, Lindsay. The Van Zandts purchased the three units from 2017 to 2025.
