Since acquiring 2 Park Avenue at the end of 2024, Haddad Brands has been rolling in leases at the Midtown South office building. Transit tech company Via Transportation is the latest tenant to join the fold, inking a deal for 55,000 square feet at the property, the Commercial Observer reported. The asking rent and length of the lease were not disclosed, but the software provider will occupy the 25th and 26th floors of the building.
