While the New York Knicks were dropping dimes during their NBA championship run, wealthy buyers in Brooklyn were dropping dollars on expensive homes. The borough saw 30 contracts — 12 condos, one co-op, 17 single-family homes — signed last week for $126 million for homes asking at least $2 million, according to Compass’ weekly contracts report.
