Brookfield is looking to sell a 30-story rental tower in the Financial District at a price tag of about $105 million. The company put the 156-unit rental tower at 15 Cliff Street up for sale, according to an offering memo viewed by The Real Deal. The 154,000-square-foot building was completed in 2001 and rents at an average of $90 per square foot. About 97 percent of the units are leased, with two-bedrooms currently marketed for as much as $6,976, according to StreetEasy.
