Brooklyn’s luxury deals picked up speed last week. The 32 contracts signed last week for homes asking at least $2 million in the borough spent an average of 46 days on the market, according to Compass’ weekly report for May 18 to May 24. The days on market number is the lowest so far this year. The borough saw contracts signed for 10 condos, one co-op and 11 single-family homes for a total volume of $97 million.
