For the second time in a month, the Feil Organization found a taker for a significant chunk of space in its Manhattan portfolio. Architecture firm HDR Engineering signed a lease for 74,000 square feet at 370 Seventh Avenue, otherwise known as 7 Penn Plaza, the New York Post reported. The employee-owned company will take up three floors at the Midtown address. HDR is relocating from 500 Seventh Avenue, where the company occupied a slightly smaller 63,000-square-foot space.
