There were 177 transactions totaling $386 million recorded in New York City from 4 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 9 through 4 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 12, 2026. 🏆 Residential: The priciest residential real estate sale recorded in New York City was at 50 West 66th Street, developed by Gary Barnett’s Extell Development Company, on the Upper West Side.
