Stanford Hotels Group is replacing two office towers with residential buildings and adding room for a grocery store at its Cloudvue project.
Renovations on Legion, a 7,500-square-foot restaurant and bar set to debut in Bellevue’s Lincoln Square, began in January. The space had been closed since 2020.
