Stanford Hotels Group is replacing two office towers with residential buildings and adding room for a grocery store at its Cloudvue project.
Renovations on Legion, a 7,500-square-foot restaurant and bar set to debut in Bellevue’s Lincoln Square, began in January. The space had been closed since 2020.
The tower will be renamed after the consulting firm, which has over 1,700 employees based in Seattle, moves early next year.
