Renovated townhouses ruled the borough’s signed deals for luxury properties last week. In total, Brooklyn saw 18 deals — seven condos and 11 single-family homes — for homes asking at least $2 million from Aug. 17 to Aug. 23, according to Compass’ weekly report on Brooklyn’s luxury market.
