David Picket’s Gotham Organization is forging ahead with its multiphase affordable housing project in East New York. The firm filed applications for three buildings in the Brooklyn neighborhood that are part of its Urban Innovative Village complex, Crain’s reported. The three buildings that make up the second phase of the project will combine for 599 permanently affordable housing units, according to the Commercial Observer, and one of the trio will be for senior housing.
