British developer Christian Candy is dispensing one of his luxury residential sweets. An anonymous buyer purchased the townhouse at 8 East 62nd Street on the Upper East Side for $55 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. The undisclosed buyer was represented by Accent Holdings’ Michael Balanevsky. The sale of the 15,000-square-foot limestone townhouse breaks down to about $3,667 per square foot.
