A global law firm is climbing to the top of the Rock. Withers has inked a 33,000-square-foot lease at Tishman Speyer’s iconic 30 Rockefeller Plaza, the landlord announced. The firm’s New York headquarters will occupy the 54th floor of the Midtown Art Deco building under a 15-year lease. The asking rent was $112 per square foot, per the New York Post.
