To conduct its much-maligned crackdown, Immigration and Customs Enforcement needs real estate. One pursuit in the Hudson Valley is being met by swift resistance. ICE is attempting to buy a warehouse at 29 Elizabeth Drive in Chester, Bloomberg reported.
