A townhouse once owned by a fourth-generation Rockefeller has changed hands again.  George Logothetis, the founder and executive chairman of international holding company Libra Group, sold the home at 13 East 94th Street for $15.5 million, according to public records.  Logothetis bought the home for $12.5 million in 2011 from an entity tied to Renee and Mark Rockefeller, the great-grandson of Standard Oil founder John D.
