Zeckendorf Development and Atlas Capital Group inked a $129 million deal at their buzzy 80 Clarkson development, The Real Deal has learned. A buyer signed a contract to purchase multiple units at the 112-unit ultra-luxury project, according to multiple sources. If it closes at that price, the sale would far surpass the record for the most expensive deal in Downtown Manhattan.
