Three tenants signed on for more than 182,000 square feet of new office leases at 1411 Broadway, following a $100 million makeover of the Midtown tower. Republic Clothing Group, tech company Zeta Global, and South Korean fashion and beauty conglomerate Amorepacific signed the latest deals at the 1.2 million-square-foot building, which is co-owned by the Swig Company and La Caisse and managed by Hines.
