Genius Sports is making a play for more Manhattan office space. The sports data and technology firm inked a 53,000-square-foot lease at Vornado Realty Trust’s 1290 Sixth Avenue, The Real Deal has learned. Genius Sports signed a 10-year lease for a portion of the Midtown building’s sixth floor, bringing the occupancy rate to 95 percent. The asking rent was $99 per square foot.
