The antitrust division of the New York Attorney General’s Office is investigating Compass’ footprint in the New York market, The Real Deal has learned. Agents with the department have reached out to leaders at some of New York City’s top brokerages, requesting information as part of an inquiry into the residential giant, according to a message viewed by TRD.
