An Upper West Side megamansion is poised to set a new townhouse deal record in the neighborhood — if it closes for its $85 million last asking price. A buyer signed a contract to purchase the home at 48-50 West 69th Street, marking the priciest deal inked in Manhattan last week, according to Olshan Realty’s weekly report.
