An Upper East Side townhouse is hitting the market after decades in the Mnuchin family. The family of the former Treasury Secretary is asking $35 million for the property at 45 East 78th Street, the Wall Street Journal reported. Robert Mnuchin, the late art dealer, and his second wife, Adriana, lived in the home after purchasing it for an unknown price in 1983 (though not before a year-and-a-half renovation).
