A penthouse at Miki Naftali’s Upper East Side project crowned another bustling week for Manhattan’s luxury market. The condo at 255 East 77th Street, last asking $25.8 million, was the priciest of 38 homes in the borough asking $4 million or more to find buyers between May 11 and May 17, according to Olshan Realty’s weekly report.
