Knight Frank is making a comeback in New York. The London-based real estate consultancy is teaming up with the Modlin Group, one of the city’s top-producing brokerages with an outpost in the Hamptons, the two companies announced on Tuesday. The exclusive alliance comes about a year after Knight Frank ended its 15-year partnership with Douglas Elliman.
