The two priciest contracts in Brooklyn went to homes that spent barely a month on the market. The deals were two of 23 for Brooklyn homes asking at least $2 million, according to Compass’ weekly contract report from March 2 to March 8. Contracts signed for 14 condos and nine single-family homes totaled $64 million in volume. The previous week saw 21 contracts signed for $68 million.
