Lily Allen and David Harbour’s breakup townhouse topped the most expensive contracts signed in Brooklyn last week.  The deal for the Carroll Gardens home asking $7.3 million was the priciest of 20 contracts — eight condos, one co-op and 11 houses — signed from Jan. 20 to Jan. 25  for a total contract volume of $69 million, according to Compass’ weekly report of contracts for homes asking at least $2 million.
