The second week of 2026 was a return to normal for Brooklyn’s luxury contracts. The borough saw 17 contracts — nine condos and eight houses — signed from Jan. 5 to Jan. 11 for a total contract volume of $57 million, according to Compass’ weekly report of contracts for homes asking at least $2 million.
