HUBB NYC was among the buyers who closed out 2025 striking deals in Brooklyn. The firm acquired 599 Baltic Street from Adam America for $40 million last week, the Commercial Observer reported. The deal works out to $571,000 per unit for the 70-unit building, which appears to feature both rentals and condominiums. JLL Real Estate Capital provided a $29.7 million acquisition loan to HUBB for the purchase. None of the parties in the deal commented to the Observer on the transaction.
