Next year, a seller is setting his sights on a record sale for Shelter Island. Interior designer Ben Broughman, senior creative director at Jonathan Adler, listed the Osofsky House at 4 Dawn Lane for $18 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. That would smash the local record, a nearly $13 million sale on the waterfront two years ago. The modernist home was designed more than a half-century ago by famed architect Norman Jaffe.
