Zeckendorf Development and Eyal Ofer’s Global Holdings finally traded a duplex penthouse at 50 United Nations Plaza — though at a steep discount. The sale of the 9,700-square-foot apartment closed last week for $28.5 million, The Real Deal has learned. The final price is $10 million lower than the condo’s last asking price when it snagged a signed contract in August 2024.
