Louis C.K. sold his Shelter Island home for above its most recent asking price, but the comedian may not have the last laugh. The controversial comedian unloaded Primrose Cottage at 9-7 Westmoreland Drive to an undisclosed buyer for $4.35 million, Behind the Hedges reported. That represented a $50,000 premium on the Tudor-style residence’s last asking price. The deal for the 2.2-acre, 5,000-square-foot home breaks down to $870 per square foot.
