Ivana Trump’s estate has spent almost three years trying to sell her unusual Upper East Side townhouse. Another price cut may do it. The estate knocked down the asking price on her former five-story, 20-foot-wide townhouse at 10 East 64th Street to $17.9 million, the New York Post reported.
